Each wedding season, vendors talk about the new colors, trends and styles that are sure to influence brides & grooms. While we didn’t expect a pandemic until months ago, talk around town now is that a small wedding is not only becoming a trend because of Coronavirus but because, it’s logical! Insert Sam & Nicole…
Yes, their original wedding plans were affected like most others but, these two truly hit the nail on the head with a simple ceremony to include their parents and then venture off for alone time in those gorgeous Blue Ridge Mountains for what they really wanted!
These two are truly an incredible couple. With little details involved, they focused on what they had and not what they didn’t have. With each “road block” that came their way, we found a way to make it work! Pandemic wrecks your big wedding plans… let’s have a small ceremony! Want mountain shots but Shenandoah National Park and the Blue Ridge Parkway are both closed, let’s find an alternate location via Google Maps! Yep, those iconic and normally accessible Blue Ridge Mountain views were untouchable. But nevertheless, we found the prettiest of spots comparable for the situation and had everyone in awe over the outcome.
Just miles down the road from Shenandoah National Park, these two were surrounded by family, nature & lots of onlookers cheering them on as they entered into marriage. The love they share was evident through tears of joy, lots of laughter and…2 bottles of champagne. Congratulations to these two!!
