Shooting a surprise proposal always brings a mixture of nervousness and excitement! Clear communication is key as everything must be just right to guarantee I get the best shots. Rollie and I had a great plan which went off without a hitch. As he and Claire arrived at Watterrock Knob early on this crisp fall morning, I was already set-up with the appearance that I was merely photographing the beautiful landscape before us. Little did Claire know, I was actually there to capture one of the best moments of her life! After witnessing this sweet proposal, Rollie let Claire in on the other secret, I was there to document the whole thing. We had a great time photographing this couple and their adorable pup, Archer on the trail!
